The staff went above and beyond, helping us navigate the city and even providing a discount coupon for a local restaurant. The location was convenient, with Culvers just across the parking lot. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Bathroom amenities were exceptional. an excellent place with outstanding staff.

I loved the room! Very large and clean. King size bed was great. Comfort was ok.
The front desk lady not so great. It seemed like we were being rushed by her. Then when we were checking out and was asking about my hilton honors acct and again was cut short by her. Just felt like she wanted to wash her hands of us. We booked through a third party and couldn't get our reward points. However, Hilton said I could.
